97.5 On-Air Personalities to Broadcast Live and Collect New Pajamas for Children of All Ages, New and Gently Used Children’s Books, and Monetary Donations on Saturday, December 2nd, at American Eat Company in Tucson

WHO: Cumulus Media’s Classic Hip Hop station 97.5 The Vibe/KSZR-FM, Tucson non-profit The Angel Heart Pajama Project, and sponsors Essential Pest Control, Eyemart Express, Los Barberos Barbershop, and Ram Plumbing.

WHAT: 97.5 The Vibe on-air personalities will broadcast live from American Eat Company in Tucson on Saturday, December 2^nd, at the first annual “DJs for PJs,” a pajama and book drive for local children in need this holiday season. The station will collect community donations of new pajamas for children of all ages and sizes, as well as new or gently used children’s books, and monetary donations to Tucson non-profit organization The Angel Heart Pajama Project. 100% of the proceeds raised go to The Angel Heart Pajama Project.

The Angel Heart Pajama Project’s mission is to provide new pajamas and books and to foster literacy development in children who have been abandoned, abused, removed from homes, and placed in foster care or living in homeless shelters in the City of Tucson, South Tucson, and surrounding counties in Southern Arizona including Pima, Cochise, and Santa Cruz.
