Audio Feature Airing Across Cumulus Media’s U.S. Country Stations Takes Fans to New Heights With Exclusive Stories From Keith Urban About His Life, Music and Career

ATLANTA, GA – January 13, 2025 — Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces the launch this week of the latest installment of its exclusive multi-part audio series, Your Music Plus, featuring stories behind the making of Capitol Records Nashville recording artist Keith Urban’s new single, “Straight Line.” The audio series runs for the next eight weeks on Cumulus Media’s Country stations across the U.S.

“Straight Line” is the second single from HIGH, Urban’s 11th solo album, released late last year. He has described the album as a “musical journey, intentionally sequenced through themes of what it is to be alive, human connection, cutting loose, huge hook chorus, hope, nostalgia, shredding solos, straight-up fun and with some personal life revelations.”

Greg Frey, VP of Music Partnerships, Cumulus Media, said: “Cumulus Media is excited to partner with Capitol Records Nashville to launch our first Your Music Plus of the new year with the great Keith Urban. “Straight Line” is quintessential Keith: a driving, up-tempo anthem with sizzling guitars and soulful vocals about breaking out of the mundane. Paired with Keith’s exclusive audio about his music, life and career, this is the perfect choice for the first YMP of 2025.”

Chris Schuler, VP/Promotion, Capitol Records Nashville, commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with Cumulus for the rollout of Keith Urban’s newest single, “Straight Line” as the next Your Music Plus campaign. “Straight Line” will surely be the newest anthem that fans will be singing on the High And Live World Tour and we couldn’t be more excited to get this on radio airwaves across the nation.”

Your Music Plus highlights new music in a unique way by sharing with radio listeners the thoughts of the biggest stars in different formats in a series of revealing and exclusive vignettes across AC, Alternative, CHR, Country, Hot AC, Rock and Urban formats. The shows feature artist commentary on the song, with artists presenting different aspects of their song’s personal meaning, the inspiration behind the music, and insights on their life and career.
