FLINT, MI, and SAGINAW, MI – January 28, 2025 — Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that it has appointed Cody Welling as Regional Vice President/Market Manager for Cumulus Flint/Saginaw, MI. This marks a return to Cumulus Media for Welling, who was previously Vice President/Market Manager for Cumulus Media’s five stations in Shreveport and Bossier City, LA, and most recently, was Station Manager and Director of Sales for Columbus, OH, Sports/Talk station 97.1 The Fan/WBNS-FM and the Ohio News Network. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales for Cox Media Group in Tulsa, OK. Welling steps into the role previously held by Chris Monk, who retires from radio at the end of January.
