Two-time Gracie winner Roula Christie, host of the Westwood One nationally syndicated weekend radio program, “Weekends With Roula,” earns a Gracie for Weekend Host/Personality (Radio – Nationally Syndicated Commercial). “Weekends With Roula” is a three-hour-long weekend syndicated radio show hosted by Roula Christie that airs across more than 50 U.S. radio stations including KRBE-FM/Houston, TX, and WWWQ-FM/Atlanta, GA. The show is upbeat and motivational, as Roula helps listeners find fun in the madness of juggling work and family. Roula mixes pop culture and entertainment news with hilarious conversations between her kids and her mom. She is also anchor of “The Roula & Ryan Show,” one of the most-listened-to morning shows in Texas, which airs mornings on 104.1 KRBE-FM/Houston.
Amanda Orlando, morning co-host, “The Warm Morning Show With Jim and Amanda” on Warm 98.5/WRRM-FM, Cincinnati, OH, earns a Gracie for Radio Co-Host (Music DJ/Personality), Medium Market – Local. Orlando co-hosts “The Warm Morning Show With Jim and Amanda” with Jim Day weekdays from 5:30am-10:00am.
The 46th Annual Gracie Awards support AWMF’s educational programs, charitable activities, public service and scholarship initiatives that benefit the public and women in media. The Gracies honor outstanding achievement at the national, local, public and student levels. The Gracie Awards ceremony will take place on September 27th, 2021, in Los Angeles.
