Cumulus Media Inc. today announced it is set to join the broad-market Russell 3000® Index at the conclusion of the 2022 Russell indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the U.S. market opens on June 27, 2022 according to a preliminary list of additions posted on June 3, 2022.

Cumulus Media Inc. today announced the preliminary results of its “modified Dutch auction” tender offer, which expired at midnight, New York City time, on June 3, 2022. This tender offer is an initial step in the execution of the Company’s previously announced $50 million share repurchase program.
